We work alongside TUSLA and other partners to help children and families thrive: from family and access support to crisis response and safe transport.
You’ll be part of a professional team committed to making a difference every single day.

No two days at Eplus are ever the same, but here’s a glimpse into one that shows what our work is really about. Follow a typical day for one of our Dublin based staff.
My day starts with a safe school transport for an 8-year-old in foster care. We’ve been doing the run together for a few weeks now, and it’s amazing how much trust builds up in those short car journeys. We chat about football, what’s for lunch, and who’s on yard duty, small moments, but they matter. Getting a smile and a wave at the school gate sets the tone for the day.
Late morning, I’m supporting a mam and her baby during an access visit. My role is to make sure the time is safe, calm, and focused on their relationship. I stay close enough to offer support if needed but step back when things are going well. Watching those little moments of connection, a smile, a cuddle, a laugh, reminds me why this work is so important.
After lunch, it’s back to collect the same 8-year-old from school. We grab a snack on the way to their sibling access visit. These sessions can be emotional, full of excitement, nerves, and energy, but also deeply meaningful. I help keep things structured and positive, making sure everyone feels supported and safe.
The day ends with the drive home and a quiet chat about what’s coming up tomorrow. Once they’re safely home, I finish my notes and debrief with my manager. It’s been a full day, but one where you can really see the difference the right support makes.
