2024 was a stabilising year for Eplus, with a strong emphasis on governance, safeguarding, and service continuity following a period of transition. Despite ongoing workforce and funding pressures, our teams delivered over 59,000 hours of support, including more than 40,000 hours of direct work with children and families, across every TUSLA region and HSE area.
Key milestones included the development of our Strategic Plan 2025–2030, strengthened safeguarding frameworks in partnership with TUSLA, and our first National Staff Day, which brought colleagues together from across Ireland.
The report also outlines progress in financial management and governance, alongside the ongoing work to build a sustainable, well-governed organisation that places children, young people, and families at the centre of everything we do.
